I’m Sorry…I’m Sorry…I’m Sorry.
It just seems to come blurting out, almost uncontrollably, even though in many cases we didn’t do anything wrong.
A colleague of mine, Ron Friedman recently shared an article from FAST COMPANY that explains why. I thought it was worth passing along because saying “I’m Sorry” too often, or at inappropriate times, can have a negative impact and undermine others’ confidence in you. Not good!
