SELF-TALK – I have been a fan of Dr. Shad Helmstetter’s work since 1987. Much of your success is determined by what you say when you talk to yourself. Dr. Helmstetter’s writing is clear and understandable. His best selling books, “What to Say When You Talk to Your Self” in 1986, and in subsequent books, including 365 days of Positive Self-Talk introduced the concept of self-talk to the general public, and set the stage for the use of self-talk programming to take its place at the forefront of personal development. I suggest you get a copy of these books. They will provide you with some amazing insight to why you do the things you do, and how you can potentially redirect your mindset to help change the trajectory of your business.
As always, have a great week.
