So many business leaders get STUCK planning what they’re going to do, that they never actually get around to doing it.
How many “ideas or goals” on your To-Do-List have been there for a long time? Are they still there because you’re waiting until you’ve refined them to the point that you can execute them PERFECTLY?
I’m a very big proponent of the 80/20 Rule. Take a look at your goals or To-Do-List activities. If you started on them today, and you knew they would be only 80% successful, would you do them? I’m suggesting that you should…and you should do them right now.
If you’re not starting, because you’re waiting for that “PERFECT OUTCOME”, then you’re missing opportunities to move your business forward.
It’s OK to make little mistakes, or “Test” ideas on a small scale before taking a big leap.
BUT DO SOMETHING!
MAKE SOMETHING HAPPEN, and MAKE IT HAPPEN TODAY!
I’m all for strategic thinking. However, just “thinking” doesn’t get you anywhere but where you are right now…and waiting to start something until you know the outcome will be PERFECT will stall your business. Pick a few things on your list today and JUST GET THEM DONE.
