Over the next few weeks, as you enter the home stretch of 2017, my plan is to provide you each week with a Key Action Step/Suggestion that I hope will have a major positive impact on your business.

This Week’s Action Step/Suggestion:

Remember, that your clients/customers do business with you based upon much more than price. Your competition is quietly, behind the scenes, actively developing strategies to steal your present clients/customers (especially your top 20) away from you. Unless you do more to solidify your relationship with them, there’s a good chance a number of them will be leaving you in 2018!

DO SOMETHING IN THE NEXT 5 DAYS to improve the relationship you have with your client/customer base, especially your top 20 (hint: when was the last time you spoke to them personally on the phone?).
